W latach 1998-2001 pracowała w UKIE jako dyrektor Centrum Informacji Europejskiej i doradca ministra. Od 2001 do 2007 pracowała dla Komisji Europejskiej realizując program Informacji i Komunikacji w Polsce, a potem w Bułgarii. W latach 2008-2016 była doradcą dyrektora Centrum Rozwoju Zasobów Ludzkich przy Ministerstwie Pracy i Polityki Społecznej. Koordynowała projekty współfinansowane z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego.
